The Coolest in Our Field
We’re both farmer and chef at The Frozen Farmer, growing ingredients on our third-generation farms and crafting the creamiest, most delicious ice creams, Froberts™ and sorbets from our own family recipes.We use only the most premium cream and boatloads of luscious, farm-fresh ingredients straight from the fields. And, we use as much imperfect produce in our fruit-based confections as possible, helping build a more sustainable and effective food system, helping fight food waste, and ensuring local farmers (like us!) are rewarded for their full harvest with less waste. Our mission is to incorporate misfit produce into our products for field-to-cup goodness everyone loves.
